We will meet from 7.30 onwards. The place will be open till around 11 o'clock.

They do not serve alcohol but you can taste their excellent cakes and small snacks.

English Stammtisch is back in the real world. 

Our new meeting place is Nordpark Café.

We meet every fortnight. Starting May 27th, 2022, followed by June 10th and so on.

Dear friends of English Stammtisch,

time to update all of you. As Stammtisch relies on verbal communication (Covid as well, regrettably), we decided to hibernate for a while. Covid has really thrown a spanner in the works.

Eventually we have found a way for getting together. Skype is the answer. 

If you want to join please send us a mail and we will provide you with the Skype link. To avoid pranksters the link is not displayed here.

Our virtual meetings are still on Fridays from 7.30 onwards. Just a slight change, we now meet every fortnight.

You may also have noticed that our usual meeting place (Nordpol, Mühlenstraße) closed and should they not open their doors again we are looking for a new place where we can meet. Dear readers, if you know of such a place, please drop us a line.

Dear friends of English Stammtisch,

we are back again - from now on (July 9th, 2021)  we are going to meet at Nordpol, Mühlenstraße in Bielefeld. They have a beer garden and that is the place where we usually try and meet.

If the weather does not encourage sitting outside, you have to use your own discretion whether you want to join or not.

As variants are lurking around please stay alert and keep a safe distance.

No, you should wander to NORDPOL (Mühlenstraße) - We meet again at our old haunt. To be on the safe side, we meet in the beer garden of Nordpol. A table has been reserved for us.

We meet from 7 pm onwards.

Dear Stammtisch friends,

tonight will be in all probability the last chance to meet before the Corona break - hopefully we can meet again after the Easter break. If you feel like meeting privately I see no reason why you should not arrange your private Stammtisch.

Tonight's venue will not change - it is still Nordpol. Time: From 8pm onward.

as both Nordpol and Hammer Mühle are closed on December 27th, we meet at the corner of Bunnemannplatz and Obernstrasse. Plenty of stalls around for some good food and a warm drink.
